The owners wanted contemporary interiors and a new wellness wing without altering the home's stately street presence.
Our solution
Our architects designed a discreet rear extension and we re-planned the interiors around a double-height atrium, coordinating Emaar design review throughout.
The outcome
A discreet, future-proofed mansion with a spa, gym and cinema — and a façade unchanged from the street.
